I’m not very well today so I’m indulging myself and making a video of today’s harvest and how I prepared it for delivery. This video is for enthusiastic followers only. It does mark my biggest harvest of the autumn so far, a fairly impressive – for me at least – 52 litres (26 containers). With a minimum value of £52, according to the very conservative estimating figures I use.
We harvest for quite a few families and today’s, will go to feed 13 people.
